I think that the after school sports clubs are an excellent addition to the schools calendar. Are these clubs going to continue beyond the summer term? And if so what would be the likely parental contribution to enable clubs to continue? I, for one would be happy to contribute a couple of quid a week to ensure my daughter gets a good quality dance or gymnastics coaching session after school each week.
Mr HR says "I am pleased that you like the clubs they are well attended and the children are really enjoying them. We have funding for various different clubs until the end of the summer term and I am looking into further funding for the future, I will keep you informed".
